The development of China’s digital economy,while promoting the development of new industries,also provides new momentum for the development of traditional industries,and if traditional enterprises want to have further development,they must accelerate the pace of digital transformation of enterprises and try to build a new economic system.In the new era of rapid development of enterprise information technology,enterprises must invest a lot of resources to improve their digital level if they want to successfully digitally transform.In this case,how to use digital transformation to improve the performance of enterprises is particularly important,digital transformation can not only improve the operational efficiency of enterprises from the aspects of digital organizational change and digital management change,but also through digital technological change and R & D changes to enhance the business performance of enterprises.This paper explores the path through which digital transformation can be combined with the performance of enterprises,so as to promote the further development of enterprises.This paper selects Feihe Group as the research object,combined with relevant references,to discuss the driving forces of enterprise digital transformation,the process and achievements of digital transformation,and the impact of digital transformation on the performance of Feihe Group,so as to draw conclusions.Feihe Group was chosen because as a leading domestic dairy company,its case is more representative.This paper also hopes to draw certain common conclusions through the study of individual cases of Feihe Group,so as to provide some reference for other related enterprises.First of all,this paper reviews the relevant literature on the digital transformation of enterprises and the influencing factors of enterprise performance,summarizes the research results and published research conclusions of predecessors,and thus defines the relevant concepts of digitalization and digital transformation.Then,the relevant theoretical basis used in the writing of this article is expounded,and the relevant theoretical basis is provided for the content discussed in the following cases.On this basis,the stage of digital development in China is elaborated,corresponding to the digital transformation process of Feihe Group below.Secondly,through the research and analysis of the digital transformation case of Feihe Group,starting from the management status of Feihe Group,the dynamics of Digital Transformation of Feihe Group,the process of digital transformation and the achievements of digital transformation are introduced in detail.Finally,some conclusions and suggestions are put forward for the case of Feihe Group,which can promote the improvement of enterprise performance,and at the same time,some necessary conditions are also required for enterprise digital transformation.
