| With the continuous development of economic globalization and information network,all large domestic enterprise groups are keeping up with the pace of The Times,constantly expanding their operation scale,and developing branches in various places.In the case of geographically scattered branches,the traditional financial management system has been unable to meet the management needs of enterprises,and financial sharing services can not only greatly improve the management efficiency,but also reduce the control cost and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.On the other hand,some enterprise groups also cause financial problems in the process of building financial sharing centers and providing financial sharing services,which makes the function of financial sharing services fail to achieve the expected goal.This paper takes YZ Group as the case analysis,analyzes the problems in the construction and operation of the financial sharing mode of the group model,and puts forward solutions and optimization suggestions.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant Chinese and foreign literature,based on the relevant theory of financial sharing,combined with the actual situation of the actual case units.I studied the development process,organizational structure and internal control of YZ’s financial sharing service,and conducted many field interviews with the sharing center of YZ Company,and analyzed the management problems existing in YZ’s financial sharing service.In the YZ company sharing center,on the basis of multiple field interviews,review YZ company’s financial sharing service building process,and analyze the company financial sharing process reengineering,risk control,management of budget problems,from the enterprise financial sharing center operation practical situation,combined with related theory,from the optimization of business process,strengthening risk control measures,overall management budget YZ company financial sharing service operation optimization countermeasures and safeguard measures.In order to solve the difficulties and problems faced by the financial sharing center of the enterprise at the present stage,the relevant measures can also provide reference for other enterprises to improve the operation and peacekeeping services of the financial sharing center.The industry selected in this paper belongs to the provincial expressway service industry,which has a large scale,complex organizational structure and many branches.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth research on the operation of the financial sharing center of YZ Company,countermeasures are proposed to improve the financial sharing service ability of the company,which can not only be used for reference for the expressway operation industry,but also have certain reference significance for the operation and planning and construction of the financial sharing service. |
