With the development of economic globalization and the increasing competition between enterprises,corporate enterprises have shifted from the traditional single value chain competition to the modern value network combination competition.If enterprises want to achieve long-term development,they must innovate the concept of financial management.As a new management mode,Financial Sharing Service Center solves the problem of duplicate construction and inefficiency of financial organization in group enterprises by integrating and reengineering operation business which is easy to standardize,so as to improve efficiency,reduce cost and improve service level.It also conforms to the construction of value network.Trend of financial transformation.T Group has made remarkable achievements in the past 20 years,but the problems in the management process have become increasingly prominent,such as the lag of information transmission,the increase of management costs,and the difficulty of group management and control.Through the construction of the financial sharing service center,all kinds of management problems have been solved to a certain extent,and the construction effect of the Financial Sharing Service Center has initially appeared,but there are still many shortcomings in the operation process of the financial sharing service center.This paper summarizes and combs the related concepts,roles and modes of Financial Sharing Service center.Taking T Group’s Financial Sharing Service Center as the research object,according to T Group’s future development strategy,combined with T Group’s business characteristics,this paper adopts the field research method to analyze the operation status of T Group’s Financial Sharing Service center.On the basis of literature study and case study,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for T Group Financial Sharing Service Center,in order to further reduce the cost of financial operation,improve the efficiency of business processing,continuously improve the level of financial management,and enhance the role of supporting business value chain and strategic decision-making.
