With the expansion of financial services and fields,the current banking industry faces not only competitive pressure from traditional industries,but also faces the comprehensive,systematic and sustainable impact from Internet finance.In the context of fierce market-oriented competition,it is an important means to seize the precious resources of human resources,excavate the potential of personnel,and stimulate the internal power of the grass-roots first-line efficiency.In this article,through the analysis of the current performance assessment system of the QX branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,combined with its institutional settings,job settings,and personnel structure status,the actual situation of the current performance assessment system was comprehensively combed.First of all,through the research methods of questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,and field surveys,we will summarize the performance evaluation system of the current employees of the QX Branch of Agricultural Bank of Agricultural Bank of Agricultural Bank.The problem of incentives,the causes of these problems have lack of in-depth subdivisions,incomplete performance of performance assessment supervision and supervision,and the participation of employees with low performance assessment and lack of effective information system support.Then,from the main body of performance assessment,performance assessment methods,indicators and weights,assessment and implementation process,performance assessment results use four aspects for comprehensive optimization design,introduce balanced scoring cards to enrich performance assessment dimensions,highlight the effectiveness orientation,and due to posts due to post The evaluation indicators and weight design are carried out to highlight the value of employees in each position.Finally,from the four aspects of improving the design of employee post system,improving performance evaluation supervision and accountability mechanism,cultivating the correct performance assessment culture,and strengthening the support of performance assessment information system support,we proposed measures to ensure the effectiveness of employees’ performance assessment system to ensure the optimization.Performance assessment schemes can be implemented smoothly and improved the fairness,scientificity,and feasibility of performance assessment.This thesis’ s optimization research on the performance assessment system of the employee performance assessment system of Agricultural Bank of China can solve the problems existing in the current employee performance evaluation system of the QX branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,make the results of employee performance evaluation more accurate,improve employee satisfaction,promote employees and enterprises common growing up.At the same time,it can also play a reference for the improvement and optimization of other commercial bank employees’ performance assessment system.
