With China’s accession to the WTO,the economic situation from the original planned economy into a market economy.Although this has brought great impetus to China’s economy,at the same time it has brought great adjustment,and banks in the process of intermediary role.The Agricultural Bank of China HG Branch under the current development situation and the bank’s future strategic plan,formally put forward the bank’s overall performance reform system.From the bank’s overall development goals from the hair,from the work of the staff from the hair to the strategy-based,and establish a sound performance appraisal system.The performance appraisal system is implemented on the one hand to improve the operating efficiency of banks,on the other hand is to improve the enthusiasm of the staff to attract and retain talent to enhance the management level of the bank.The system belongs to a kind of scientific incentive mechanism,has great significance.Based on the status quo of the Agricultural Bank of China(HG)branch and the basic theory of modern performance appraisal,this paper comprehensively and systematically evaluates the status of the bank and analyzes its existing position in the performance appraisal,employee performance improvement and other important processes and Key links and other issues.In this paper,the development objectives of the Agricultural Bank of China branch of the HG and the existing performance appraisal analysis,analysis of the bank’s performance appraisal status quo,put forward the bank’s performance appraisal program in many problems,combined with the existing theory targeted to improve Its performance appraisal management system,and then from the principle of performance appraisal,performance appraisal ideas,performance appraisal overall frame and performance appraisal process improvement,put forward a set of realistic performance program,the program can greatly encourage employees to improve the work of the staff Enthusiasm.The performance appraisal system studied in this paper is not only suitable for the Agricultural Bank of China branch of HG,but also play a reference role to the enterprise peers.With the economic situation and the continuous development of banks,the performance appraisal also needs to keep pace with the times.To ensure that sub-branch steady progress.
