Research On Optimization Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of M Group From The Perspective Of Industry Financial Integration

Industry goods fusion the concept put forward by American scholars for the first time in the 1980 s,with the speeding up of the enterprise modernization,too scattered and simple traditional centralized financial management mode has been unable to match the market demand,so fiscal integration management mode of financial transformation is the enterprise will do,and the establishment of the financial Shared services model is one of the best means of financial transition.In recent years,many large enterprises in China have joined the team of financial integration and transformation.Many group enterprises have set up financial sharing service center to reduce financial operating costs,so as to promote the transformation of enterprise finance to value management and decision support.However,in the subsequent operation of the financial Shared service center,some problems are exposed that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is crucial to promote the process of financial integration by optimizing the financial Shared service center of Chinese enterprises.This paper chooses M group,a leading enterprise in the dairy industry,as the research object.Today,its financial sharing service center has been operating for some time and has exposed some problems.Therefore,this paper chooses to optimize the financial sharing service center of M group under the background of financial integration,hoping to provide some references for enterprises in the same industry implementing financial transformation.Firstly,this paper summarizes the existing financial sharing service center of M group by sorting out its general situation,and summarizes the existing problems in promoting the financial transformation of financial integration.Secondly,to solve the existing problems as the optimization goal,the financial Shared service center in the organizational structure,business process,information system,personnel management,risk control five aspects of the corresponding optimization design,finally put forward the optimization of the guarantee measures.This paper found that the existing financial Shared services center of M group doesn't take into account in the process of establishing their own industry and business characteristics,just with other enterprise to be established convergence,so this article in theoptimization process takes into consideration the operating characteristics of the dairy industry,hope M group can make one belongs to the dairy products enterprise unique financial sharing the road.
