The growing economic globalization brings business opportunities to enterprises,but also brings a series of challenges.In the face of fierce market competition,enterprises have become an effective way of financial auxiliary value creation by building financial sharing service center,strengthening the timeliness and reliability of internal financial information acquisition,and adopting standardized process to improve efficiency.However,with the blurring of the boundary of enterprises,the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of supply chain.More and more enterprises are increasing the length and width of their supply chain,making the management scope of enterprises extend from internal production and operation to external industrial supply chain.The information service provided by traditional Financial Sharing Center can not support the management of supply chain.H company is such a typical enterprise,which has certain advantages in supply chain management.Although it constantly optimizes its own financial information supply with the help of Financial Sharing Center,it still has problems such as information island and bullwhip effect in the face of external supply chain environment.In order to gain more competitive advantages,supply chain enterprises need to consider the collaborative management from the perspective of strategic management.The optimization of Enterprise Financial Sharing Service Center Based on supply chain management can strengthen the exchange of information,funds,talents and other resources among enterprises,realize the exchange and sharing of information with other enterprises,and meet the strategic needs of enterprises for supply chain financial information.This paper optimizes the sharing service from the supply chain level,improves the problem that the internal financial sharing cannot meet the external information demand,and has certain innovation in the research content and direction.In this paper,through the analysis of domestic and foreign research,related theories and concepts are elaborated,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.Through the introduction of sharing center,this paper analyzes the current situation of Financial Sharing Service Center from two aspects of implementation advantages and existing problems,and puts forward the thinking angle of future transformation direction of sharing center.Taking H company as an example,this paper selects the optimization of Financial Sharing Service Center Based on supply chain as the research direction.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of H company and sharing center,analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of Financial Sharing and the adverse impact on supply chain management.Finally,combining with the actual situation of H company and its supply chain,this paper analyzes the feasibility,designs a set of optimization scheme suitable for H company's Financial Sharing Service Center,customizes the performance evaluation system to ensure the implementation after optimization,and solves the problem that H company's external financial information does not meet the needs of enterprise management to a certain extent.
