Research On Financial Sharing Center Optimization Based On "cloud + End" Model

The development and application of big data and mobile Internet has brought about great changes to the accounting and financial decisions.In the new technology environment,the company's strategic management presents a trend changing from decentralization to concentration,making the management structure more flat.In this situation,in order to optimize the internal structure of the organization,reduce the operating costs of the enterprise,standardize business processes,improve the efficiency of the process,the new concept of financial cloud of sharing services came out,and has been established and applied in the majority of foreign multinational corporations.However,the application of this new model in our country is far from mature.At present,there is a lack of systematic research on the financial sharing service under the "financial cloud + client" mode.How is the financial sharing center such as "financial cloud + client" mode building and running valid? How does the financial sharing service interface with the strategy in this mode? This series of problems need to be solved.Therefore,this article takes the H group as the research object,introduces the financial sharing of H group comprehensively,and systematically expounds its current financial practice based on "financial cloud + client" mode.On the basis of summarizing its successful experience,the author puts forward a series of optimization schemes including the upgrading of the basic business function of the shared platform,the improvement of the value-added function,the realization of the successful docking of the strategic decision and the financial sharing service of the financial integration.Hope to provide reference for the financial sharing construction of many domestic enterprises.
