Research On Construction Of ZX Group's Financial Sharing Service Center Under The Background Of Cloud Computing

With the acceleration of the pace of economic globalization,many large.scale enterprise groups have established molecular companies around the world.The expansion of the company's scale has also brought about an increase in corporate costs,increased difficulty in management and control,very untimely information transmission and less regulatory efforts.Strong and other issues.In the financial aspect of the group company,the traditional decentralized financial management model obviously cannot meet the needs of the group's development,and the change of the financial model is very important.In the 1980 s,many large foreign groups began to implement a financial sharing model within the group.This model can analyze and process financial operations to a certain extent through the reengineering of financial processes,speeding up financial processing efficiency and reducing Related costs.In recent years,in the rapid development of Internet technology,under the cloud computing,the enterprise group financial shared service center has been further updated,and the resources are pooled through cloud computing.Those more repetitive tasks are streamlined through business processes and stored and exported through the cloud and client.This thesis firstly studies the domestic and foreign literatures,and reviews the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad on the cloud computing and financial sharing service centers.Based on the research o n the literature review at home and abroad,this paper combines the two methods.The research of the subject is the case analysis method and the literature review method.Secondly,in the second part of the thesis,the related theories of cloud computing a nd financial sharing services are introduced in detail,and finally the most important part.Based on the case,ZX Group is based on cloud computing.The case study of the Financial Shared Service Center gives the recommendations for the establishment of t he financial shared services construction process,effects,risks and risk avoidance.ZX Group is the earliest enterprise to introduce financial shared service centers in China.The development of cloud computing technology is also leading in China.It pro vides a good technical platform for the smooth operation and development of financial sharing services,and its financial sharing service center is good.The operation provides some experiences worthy of reference for other domestic enterprises.The original intention of this paper is to contribute to the development of the financial shared service center of ZX Group's cloud computing,and contribute to the development of domestic financial sharing services in the future.
