Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Financial Sharing Center Based On Cloud Computing

The globalization of economy and the arrival of the Internet have promoted the rapid development of many enterprises.However,as the enterprise scale expands,the financial cost of the enterprise increases gradually and the difficulty of management increases.As a whole,the number of people in the financial department of the group with many molecular companies is considerable.How to reduce the personnel of the finance department and optimize the structure of the department has become a difficult problem for most of the group enterprises.The emergence of financial sharing service solves this problem to some extent.The financial sharing service centralizes the financial accounting,fund payment,expense reimbursement and other businesses from various branches and then unifies the process via screening reduplicative accounting operations and formulating uniform criteria.Thus,optimize the structure of finance department,improve service quality,and improve the reliability of financial information.With the upgrade of technology,the financial sharing service center is further developed.The emergence of cloud computing makes the data storage capacity and computational analysis ability of financial sharing service center greatly progressed.It also guarantees the security of the data.So that the financial sharing service center can better perform its financial functions and provide support for the management decisions of the enterprise.In this paper,with the method of comparative analysis,case analysis,through the system combing literature both at domestic and abroad,expounding the concept,characteristics and relevant theoretical basis of financial shared services model.The advantages,construction principles and construction process of financial sharing service under cloud computing environment are discussed in depth.This paper takes ZL group as a case,expounds the construction scheme of Shared service mode under the cloud computing environment in ZL group and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.Finally,this paper makes prospects on the future of financial sharing service and its development in China.
