Research On The High Quality Development Of Rural Tourism A Case Study Of Heminghu Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At present,human society is facing unprecedented challenges.The report of the 20thNational Congress pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the construction of a new development pattern and focus on promoting high-quality development.High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.China’s economic growth mode has shifted from high-speed development in the past to highquality development.Economic development among regions is still uneven and the gap between urban and rural areas is large.As early as 2017,the report of the 19th CPC National Congress proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,pointing out that the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The 20th CPC National Congress,it is further proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Rural revitalization can consolidate and enhance the achievements of poverty alleviation and provide ideological guidance for the development of rural tourism in the new era.With the highlights of optimizing agricultural production structure,promoting urban-rural integration and increasing farmers ’income,the development of rural tourism has become an important starting point for rural revitalization.China ’s rural tourism resources are not scarce,but the development model has become increasingly unable to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life.Promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism is also an inevitable requirement for rural areas to achieve sustainable development.It is of great significance to explore how to deepen the existing tourism resources and promote the highquality development of rural tourism in order to build high-quality and efficient agriculture,create a livable countryside and realize the improvement of farmers’ income.Heminghu Town,Lindian County,Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province,has endowments of rural tourism resources,but there is still a development gap between the level of rural tourism development and the economically developed regions with similar resource bases in the east.Promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism in Heminghu Town and enhancing the influence of local rural tourism brands can consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieve better local development.Guided by the policies and resolutions of rural revitalization and the related theories of rural tourism,combined with the research literature on rural tourism development at home and abroad,this paper takes Heminghu Town as an example to study the local rural tourism in Lindian County,mainly from two aspects of supply and demand.On the one hand,20 tourist perception evaluation factors are selected to form a questionnaire,and the rural tourism survey of Heminghu Town is carried out.The modified IPA analysis method is used to analyze the sample data and generate the IPA four-quadrant distribution map.The two dimensions of extended importance and tourist satisfaction are divided into four quadrants.According to the factor placement,the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Heminghu Town are found.The first quadrant advantage area factor,to maintain consolidation,the factors of the second quadrant retention area should be continuously concerned,the factor of the third quadrant opportunity area should be continuously improved,the 9 factors of the fourth quadrant repair area should be improved and perfected.On the other hand,the evaluation index system of rural tourism development level in Heminghu Town is constructed.The evaluation index system is divided into two subsystems,namely,rural tourism industry development subsystem and rural economic benefit subsystem.The entropy method and coupling analysis method are used to measure the development level of rural tourism in Heminghu Town from 2019 to 2021.The results show that Heminghu Town is rich in rural tourism resources,but there is still a certain gap between the development level of rural tourism and the requirements of high-quality development.Based on the empirical research of supply and demand,it suggestions to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism in Heminghu Town.
