Research On Problems And Optimization Approaches Of Home-based Elderly Care Services In Rural

The aging of the population is a very important issue in the current social development of our country.In the face of the increasingly severe trend of the aging of the population,the comprehensive promotion of home care service is a very important strategic measure to cope with the aging of the population.Compared with the cities with more developed elderly care services,the low level of economic and social development,as well as the actual situation of the lack of rural elderly care institutions,make the problem of rural elderly care in China increasingly prominent,which has become a hot and difficult issue in China's society and academia.Based on H city in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper deeply discusses the economy is relatively developed areas of rural residents endowment service problems,in this paper involves some of the concepts and basic theory,on the basis of elaborating the beneficial to domestic and foreign advanced areas in rural old-age practice,learn from the useful experiences of advanced area for reference,for rural home pension measures of H city provides reference is put forward.On this basis,analyzing the present situation and problems of the rural family endowment in H city,in affirmed the achievements in the rural family endowment of H city at the same time,with elder people in the rural as research object,through the form of questionnaire survey,found that form a complete set of rural family endowment funds are in short supply in the region,to improve service quality,service area coverage narrow,lack of related supporting system such as a series of problems,the existence of these problems to a large extent hindered the H city rural pension that occupy the home work,is not conducive to perfect the rural social security system of the local.By referring to the beneficial experience of advanced regions at home and abroad in rural old-age care,combined with the actual situation of H city,some targeted improvement measures were proposed,suchas broadening the investment channels,improving the quality of old-age care services,expanding the scope of old-age care services,and improving the relevant supporting system.Through the study of this paper,it provides some references and references for the home-based old-age care in the vast rural areas of China,including H city,so as to better cope with the increasingly serious situation of aging in China.
