Modern cities are densely populated,with buildings and frequent fires in high-rise buildings,and in the event of a fire,firefighters cannot approach or enter the scene of the disaster.In addition,global environmental climate change has led to frequent occurrence of forest fires and natural disasters,which has brought great challenge to forest fire prevention and emergency rescue operations.Multi-rotor UAVs have good flexibility,strong maneuverability,are not limited by ground roads and traffic,and have the advantages of hovering ability,which is of great concern to developed countries in the world.The goal of G company is to develop a large-load UAV as an effective supplement to the ground firefighting force,but risk runs through the entire lifecycle of new product development,such as high development costs and difficult breakthroughs in core technologies,these risks can have immeasurable adverse consequences for project objectives,leading to project failure.Therefore,how to carry out risk management is an important guarantee for the success of new product development.Based on a large number of literature and implementation participation,this paper systematically analyzes the risk management process of the large-load UAV R&D project of G company.Firstly,the theory of project risk management is expounded in terms of theoretical basis,including the definition of project risk management,project risk identification and method,project risk assessment and method,project risk response and method,and project risk monitoring and method,etc.,as the theoretical support of the whole paper.Secondly,taking the large-load UAV R&D project of G company as an example,the project situation was briefly introduced.The actual investigation was carried out by brainstorming method and Delphi method.WBS-RBS method was used to identify 22 risk factors in 5 types of risks,including technical risk,market risk,cost risk,management risk and environmental risk.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate,determine the weight of risk factors and sort them,and evaluate 10 major risks that need to be monitored and 12 minor risks that need to be monitored,mainly technical risks and market risks,so as to facilitate the subsequent development of targeted risk countermeasures.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,appropriate risk response measures such as risk retention,risk avoidance,risk transfer and risk mitigation are proposed,and risk dynamic monitoring is conducted according to the fixed time and link.Through the research on the risk management of the large-load UAV R&D project of G enterprise,the workflow and method suitable for the risk management of the large-load UAV R&D project of G company are explored,which ensures the smooth progress of the project and gives important practical guidance significance for the technology research and development and management of G company.Meanwhile,the research results in this paper can also provide reference for risk management cases when other enterprises carry out similar new product development projects.
