| Recently,with China's rapid economic development and the arrival of industrial 4.0,material handling vehicles industry is obtained the swift development.The competition between each material handling vehicles manufacturers is more and more intense.At the same time,together with the continuously shortening of product life cycle and the rapid and changeable customers' requirements,develop and launch the competitive new product in time is becoming the focus of each material handling vehicles manufacturers' competition.Due to the high uncertainty and a variety of risks during the innovative new product development process,the discussion on the risk management of the electronic power steering controller of C company has played a great role in ensuring the new product development project to proceed smoothly.Furthermore,it has practical significance to establish the risk management system which is suitable for domestic material handling vehicle industry and improve the market competitiveness of C company.The thesis comprehensively analyzes the risk management during the new product development process of C company's electronic power steering controller as per the research on risk management of new product R&D project home and abroad.First,according to the situation of the project and the material handling vehicles industry,identifies the main risks in the electronic power steering controller project.Then,the thesis establishes an effective risk assessment system to analysis the risks in the project via subjective scoring method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).At the same time,the manageable risk measures and risk monitor methods are introduced to effectively manage the risks in the project and ensure the R&D project achieve the desired project objectives and results.Through the study on the electronic power steering controller R&D project,the thesis verifies the theory of risk management of new product development project.It is helpful for the material handling vehicles manufacturers to carry out the risk management of the similar R&D project and to improve the R&D ability and overall competitiveness. |
