In this paper, the energy-saving agricultural technology Shizuishan shed 20 MW PV project case study, evaluating their project risks, and establishing prevention system, proposed risk control measures.Shizuishan saving agricultural technology in greenhouses 20 MW PV project functional layout by using two production facilities and six functional areas, and the formation of "one core, two axes, four nodes, six partition" of spatial organization. Environmental risk, technology risk, economic risk, policy risk four parts are the focus of the risk factors affecting PV building projects.
