Currently, the imbalance between the energy supply and demand has become the essential contradiction of hindering the China’s economy continued development. BIPV project has many advantages, but there are many risks in the photovoltaic industry development process. Therefore, the establishment of evaluation system for photovoltaic construction project risking control and prevention program of photovoltaic power generation project is important. In this paper, the energy-saving agricultural technology Shizuishan shed 20 MW PV project case study, evaluating their project risks, and establishing prevention system, proposed risk control measures.Shizuishan saving agricultural technology in greenhouses 20 MW PV project functional layout by using two production facilities and six functional areas, and the formation of "one core, two axes, four nodes, six partition" of spatial organization. Environmental risk, technology risk, economic risk, policy risk four parts are the focus of the risk factors affecting PV building projects. Including technical risk also includes the risk of design, construction, technology risk, technology risk run; economic risk also includes projects tariff, project grid electricity, Internet operational risks, financial risks.By introducing the triangular fuzzy theory was constructed based on the triangular fuzzy processing of photovoltaic power generation project risk evaluation model to build energy-saving agricultural technology in Shizuishan shed 20 MW photovoltaic project risk evaluation system.
