The Studay On The Risk Research Of Caofeidian Coal Quay Reconstruction Project

The quay construction projects have the characteristics of long construction period,large amount of investment and high investment risk.With the rapid development of China's coastal ports,the port capacity is rising rapidly.However,due to a lack of unified planning,the competition among ports enterprises increasingly fierce.Many quay operation enterprises by reducing the charge of loading and unloading port operation to enhance their competitiveness,and finally in a situation of low profits or even losses.In order to avoid the homogenization of competition,change the function of quay and adjust the main business reorientation is the final choice of many enterprises,.Therefore,evaluate the risk of quay reconstruction project risk evaluation,and thus assist enterprises to carry out the risk management is of great significance.This paper is based on risk control theory by using the fuzzy analysis method to evaluate project risk,and applied to the Caofeidian coal quay reconstruction project.First of all,this paper introduces the background and research significance of port project risk assessment,discusses the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the port project risk assessment and introduces the research methods and research content.Secondly,this paper introduces the concept of risk and the relevant theories,analyze the development of the shipping market and the development of Caofeidian coal quay hinterland.Again,this paper introduces the quay reconstruction project scale and the enterprise business adjustment direction,constructs the comprehensive evaluation system of project risk from market risk,policy and environmental risk,financing risk,management and operational risk,technical risk,use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the influence weight of all kinds of risk factors.Finally,this paper using the fuzzy analysis method,on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation system,conduct a comprehensive risk evaluate on Caofeidian coal quay reconstruction project.According to the results of the evaluation of various kinds of risk factors,and then make targeted risk prevention and control recommendations.
