As a leading enterprise in circuit board manufacturing in China’s electronics industry,XINGSEN group undertakes the mission of one-stop services such as circuit board design,manufacturing and chip placement.XINGSEN was listed in 2009 and has developed rapidly since then,and the company’s human resource management has gradually improved.With the increasing incentive of competition in China’s electronic industry,in the face of external pressure and business demand,the enterprise business continues to expand.At the same time,affected by the development of information technology,human resource management is facing unprecedented challenges.The company’s diversified business,excess orders and unbalanced human resources allocation make XINGSEN realize that strategic transformation is imminent.How the human resources department changes in this process to match the latest strategic planning of the enterprise and play an active role is the key problem that XINGSEN group must face up to.First of all,through literature research and analysis,on the basis of reading a large number of literature and books,this paper sorts out the concepts of human resource management and human resource "three pillars" theory,which mainly describes the role theory relationship between the "three pillars" modules and the value theory of HRBP.Secondly,it analyzes the background of Xingsen Group,the current human resource management and the current situation of xingsen GROUP HRBP management team.Again,the xing sen group HRBP location and responsibilities in detail,combined with different business units to the xing sen group interviews,found the company HRBP mode mainly exist the following problems: the organizational structure is not clear,cooperation thinking desalination,post responsibility and HRBP,further in-depth analysis of the problem,the nature of the analytical problems and reasons.Finally,based on the actual development needs of Xingsen and combined with the analysis of successful practice cases of HRBP model by domestic enterprises,the author puts forward five suggestions to optimize and unify the organizational structure of Xingsen Group,build business-oriented thinking,clarify the rights and responsibilities of HRBP and build a professional HRBP team.Further enhance the value of HRBP in the business process to ensure the realization of enterprise strategic goals.The research results of this paper can not only provide suggestions for the improvement of HRBP model of Xingsen Group,but also enrich the case base of similar enterprises,and enrich the practical knowledge for future research in this field. |
