With the development of the times,organizations are increasingly valuing human values.Human resource management is an important guarantee for modern enterprises to achieve sustainable development,an effective way to improve their core competitiveness,and a key factor for enterprises to remain invincible in fierce competition.With the expansion of enterprises and the increasingly complex external environment,the traditional human resource management model has become a bottleneck problem that restricts the further development of enterprises.The internal human resource management level of enterprises cannot keep up with the pace of external business expansion,and also faces complex and ever-changing environmental challenges.Therefore,the three pillar model of human resources has emerged.It transforms human resources from the original six modules to a three pillar model consisting of human resources partners(HRBP),human resources experts(COE),and human resources sharing centers(SSC).HRBP is actually a human resource manager assigned by an enterprise to a business department,responsible for delving deeper into the business,identifying organizational issues within the business unit,and providing human resource solutions to help the organization achieve results.HRBP personnel need to possess professional knowledge in human resources and be able to organically integrate it into the specific business of the company,in order to put forward stricter requirements for human resource management work.After more than 20 years of innovative development,JK Company has become a group company with real estate development as its main business.Its business covers the whole country,with rapid growth in scale and continuous improvement in efficiency.In the context of business expansion and intensified competition in the human resources market,JK Company’s human resources system is preliminarily exploring from traditional human resources to a three pillar model of human resources.This article draws on a large amount of literature and takes the HRBP system of JK Company’s marketing department as the research object.Using methods such as literature research,questionnaire surveys,and interviews,it summarizes the problems encountered since the implementation of the HRBP model in the marketing department,and analyzes the reasons for the current management model problems.Based on the questionnaire results and interview reports,this article found that the HRBP management model of JK Company’s marketing department mainly has the following problems:firstly,the operating mechanism is not perfect;Secondly,the role positioning is not clear;Finally,the marketing HRBP lacks its own competence.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,optimization strategies for the HRBP system of JK Company’s marketing department have been proposed.Firstly,improve the operating mechanism of marketing HRBP,strengthen strong support for marketing HRBP,and optimize the internal coordination mechanism between marketing HRBP and business departments;Secondly,clarify the role positioning of marketing HRBP and achieve consensus and recognition of HRBP value;Thirdly,enhance the capabilities of the HRBP team based on their weaknesses.The innovation point of this article is based on the actual situation of JK Company’s marketing department,proposing targeted optimization plans,striving to provide JK Company with practical guidance and active exploration from the actual situation.The research ideas and perspectives of this article have certain innovation,and from the selection,use,education,and retention of HRBP,multi-level HRBP empowerment plans are designed to cultivate HRBP talents that meet their own development needs from within the organization,Finally,design an HRBP promotion path to open up the HRBP promotion channel.At present,there are not many research theories and case studies on the HRBP system of the real estate marketing department in China.Therefore,this article has a certain practical exploration nature for the case study of the HRBP system of JK Company’s marketing department,hoping to provide some reference for the same industry and enrich the case content of HRBP theory.
