With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,human put the most important part in the enterprise's planning of strategic objectives,and the human resource management also put an important position in enterprise.With the emergence of the Internet,it broke all the way of resource allocation.The Internet brings us the open model,requires us to face the customer and the business side.In order to adapt to the market economy,the human resources department need from backstage supporter to the stage and work closely with the business sector,to enhance the value of the enterprise to make contributions.Human resources department for the sake of organizational and employees development,you should find the business department and talk with our employees,and you should understand the needs of internal and external customers,the development of the organization's business.Therefore,in order to sustainable of enterprise,the introduction of the human resource management model is importance,so the HRBP system has emerged.Based on the background of W group,this paper reformed of human resources management system--HRBP application research as the subject.First points out the background and significance of the research,subsequently describes the concept,function and quality requirements of HR business partner(HRBP)in the summary of the theory,and carried on the preliminary discussion to the organizational structure which support the HRBP to do their works in order,and proposes HRBP reforming system suitable to w group,establish the HRBP value and create the establishment model and ecological system.Secondly,the application of the system in the W group was analyzed and certified.In the end,the model has been adapted to the conditions and so on.The current stage of HRBP management mode at home and abroad,theoretical research and case applications are rare.Therefore,the theory needs to born,the function needs to be acted,the responsibility needs to be performed.In all kinds of situation,in the procession of HRBP leading enterprise human resource management reform,the theory of the study,the method of leading,case analysis,experience sharing are deadly essential.It's hoped that theis research could provide reference value for further practical application of enterprise and academic research.
