The competition between modern enterprises largely depends on the ability to attract and retain high-quality talents.With the increasing requirements of enterprises for talents,various shortcomings in previous human resource management have been highlighted.Therefore,how to improve the level of human resource management,enhance its relevance to enterprise business,better promote the development of enterprise business and operations,thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises,and play an important supporting role in the strategic development of enterprises,is an important issue that modern enterprise management needs to consider.Therefore,the three pillar model of human resources emerged as the times require.Practice has proven that the human resources three pillar management model can better meet the needs of enterprise strategic development,and this model has been applied by many foreign enterprises and achieved significant results.Therefore,this management model has also become popular among rapidly developing Chinese local enterprises and is eager to try it out.From the perspective of existing research,most of them focus on the three pillar models of service industries such as the Internet,e-commerce,and finance,while there is relatively little research in the field of biotechnology.Therefore,this article selects XL Biotechnology Company,which has implemented the three pillar management model of human resources,as the research object to explore its three pillar management model issues.Through the application of literature research,interview,questionnaire,case analysis and other research methods,based on the research of the concept,connotation,operation mechanism and other related concepts and theoretical basis of the three pillar model,this thesis grasps the construction method of the three pillar management model,and finds the implementation strategy focus of the three pillar model of human resource management under the new situation of economic integration and highly developed informatization.Through the research on the current situation of the company’s current operation and human resources,we understand the internal environment of the operation of the human resources management organization,and conduct a questionnaire and interview survey on the current situation of the three pillar management of human resources of XL Company,master the current situation of the three pillar management mode of human resources of XL Company,dig out the problems in the implementation of its three pillar management mode of human resources,and deeply analyze its causes,It can provide more accurate empirical basis for the optimal design of the three pillar human resources management model of XL Company.On this basis,define the optimization purpose and idea of the three pillar management mode of human resources of XL Company,provide XL Company with the design scheme of the three pillar management mode,and formulate corresponding optimization countermeasures.Finally,in order to better apply the three pillar management scheme to the actual development of the company,propose corresponding safeguard measures.The research results show that,at present,the implementation of the three pillar management model of human resources in XL Company mainly faces problems such as weak strategic positioning and management capabilities of HRCOE,insufficient business touch and professional capabilities of HRBP,low level of HRSSC information establishment and service,and insufficient collaboration capabilities among the three pillars.Based on the optimized design of the three pillar management model for XL Company,it is necessary to enhance the professionalism of HRCOE operations,enhance the transformation support of the HRBP team,and improve the intelligent level of shared services.On this basis,enhance the transformation awareness and cultural guidance role of senior executives,improve the human resources management system,strengthen the construction of human resources management organizations and talent teams,and improve financial support,as a guarantee for the successful implementation of the three pillar management model optimization of XL Company.To improve the service efficiency of human resources,enhance employee satisfaction,support the effective operation of business departments,and ultimately ensure the achievement of organizational goals.I hope it can provide reference for the optimization of human resource management in China’s biotechnology enterprises and even in various industries,and help enterprises achieve healthy and sustainable development. |
