In the context of the continuous vigorous development of the global economy,modern enterprise operation is facing increasingly fierce competition and the development environment is becoming more and more severe.First of all,in such a white-hot market competition,enterprises want to achieve sustainable,healthy and stable development,it is necessary to further improve the level of enterprise management,especially to effectively carry out scientific and reasonable performance management.Secondly,the implementation of performance management in an enterprise is closely related to the interests of all employees in the enterprise.It is necessary to accurately select scientific and reasonable performance management methods and tools for each link of performance management,constantly adjust and update the deficiencies in management according to the actual situation of the enterprise,optimize and improve the performance management program,and finally promote the enterprise to continuously improve its core competitiveness.The research object of this thesis is the performance management of Liaoning Branch of R Securities.Combining with the basic theory of modern performance management,this thesis proposes the optimization and supplement of the existing performance management of the company by using scientific and effective methods to solve the problems in the current performance management process of the company.Promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company by improving the performance management level of the company.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and clarifies the research content and methods.Secondly,the concept of performance management and performance management process,performance management of securities industry related research.The present situation,existing problems and causes of performance management of R Securities Liaoning Branch are investigated,analyzed and summarized by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that there are some problems in the company,such as incomplete consideration in the design of performance indicators,insufficient active and effective performance guidance and communication,unreasonable design of weight of performance assessment indicators and evaluation criteria,single form of performance feedback and poor effect.The reasons for the problems in the above performance management links are the disconnection between the performance plan and the company’s strategic objectives,the insufficient emphasis on performance guidance and communication,the non-standard weighting method of performance appraisal indicators,and the imperfect performance feedback mechanism.So,this thesis R securities Liaoning branch problems existing in the performance management process,one by one,puts forward some countermeasures for improvement,based on company strategic objectives for performance evaluation indicators,to improve the effectiveness of performance coaching and communication,the scientific design index weight and definite quantitative evaluation standard,establish and perfect the system of performance feedback to improve the optimization,To achieve the company’s overall performance management level.By improving the performance management of Liaoning Branch of R Securities Company,this thesis explores how to make the performance management strategic and practical,which is of certain significance to the performance management of the branch of the securities company,and also hopes to bring some inspiration to the performance management of other branches of the securities industry.
