In today's society,especially in China,a period of rapid development of socialist market economy,the competition of talents among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the trend of talent flow is becoming increasingly obvious.Enterprises should establish a modern enterprise system,successfully complete the reform of enterprises,and then take the initiative in the fierce market competition.It is necessary to strengthen the introduction and utilization of talents,and the key is to establish a scientific and efficient human resources performance management system.Although many enterprises begin to attach importance to human resource performance management and introduce it into practice,the overall effect is not very obvious,there are still many problems.This paper attempts to use advanced performance management methods,combined with the characteristics of human resources in the tourism industry,to explore the human resources performance management system suitable for JF company,and then provide some reference for JF company to continuously improve the human resources performance management system.Firstly,this paper elaborates the background and significance of the research,reviews the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in human resources management and performance management,and puts forward the content and methods of this study on the basis of previous research results.Secondly,this paper focuses on the introduction of related concepts and three performance management methods,and analyses the current situation of human resource performance management in JF company from four aspects: performance plan,performance implementation,performance appraisal and performance feedback,which lays a foundation for further improvement measures.Thirdly,through a detailed and in-depth investigation of JF company,it points out that there are some problems in JF company,such as strategic planning,management system,index setting,performance evaluation,application of results,and deeply analyses the reasons for the problems.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures to improve human resource performance management,such as establishing a correct concept of human resource performance management,improving the mechanism of human resource performance management,optimizing the setting of indicators,strengthening information communication and feedback,and using results.It combines KPI and OKR methods organically and applies them flexibly to the improvement scheme of human resource performance management to ensure the overall improvement of human resource performance and stimulate the vitality of enterprise development.I hope to provide some valuable reference for JF company,and provide reference for the follow-up theoretical research in related fields.
