In the current situation of economic system reform,the competition among enterprises in the market is becoming more and more fierce.Talent has become a very important strategic element in the business process of major enterprises.Various enterprises have strengthened human resource management,promoted personnel growth through various strategies,and contributed more to the development of enterprises.A good incentive scheme can promote the consistency between employee behavior and enterprise development goals,make enterprise employees have a sense of belonging,and can meet individual needs to the greatest extent.Marketing personnel in the enterprise undertake the task of directly bringing benefits to the enterprise,and their role in the enterprise is very important.JF company has maintained a good momentum of business development and entered the fast lane of rapid development.However,while the company has made great progress,there are also many problems,especially the accelerated loss of enterprise marketing personnel in recent years.How to retain marketing personnel and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity has become a very important factor affecting the future development of JF company.This paper is the research topic put forward under this background.Based on the incentive theory,this paper studies the marketing personnel of JF company.Firstly,it analyzes the important value of marketing personnel to enterprises,and explains the significance of studying the incentive scheme of marketing personnel.Secondly,it analyzes the incentive satisfaction through questionnaire survey to find out the existing problems.Thirdly,according to the problems found,this paper puts forward the measures to optimize the incentive scheme of marketing personnel from four aspects: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,management mode and personal development.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the optimization of marketing personnel incentive scheme.This paper can solve the problems of low enthusiasm of sales personnel and unreasonable brain drain,help JF company establish the talent concept of sustainable development and improve the company’s core competitiveness.
