| Talent is one of the most important resources of enterprise development.Motivating the value creation of talent is an important way to achieve enterprise goals.OLED display industry belongs to China’s high-tech industry.With the support of a series national policy,China’s OLED industry has shown a rapid development trend and huge market potential in recent years.But at the same time,this industry is in the face of a lot of problems such as immature technology level and shortage of technical talents.Therefore,chronically and effectively motivating,introducing and retaining technical talents,stimulating the enthusiasm of technical personnel and the potential of technological innovation,has become the most important topic of management for OLED display industry.V Technology Company is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise,which focusing on R&D and production of OLED display for a long time.The company is faced with problems such as low enthusiasm,low work efficiency,low morale,ineffective team cooperation and poor performance.In this paper,V Technology Company is the research object,through learning from the domestic and foreign incentive theory results,clarified technical personnel characteristics.By means of questionnaire survey,employee interview,literature research and other methods,combined with the current personnel status and management mode of V Technology Company,the incentive plan of V technology company’s technical personnel is analyzed.It is found that V Technology Company has some problems in the incentive plan.Such as performance evaluation mechanism imperfect,compensation structure and welfare policies lack of incentive,honor incentive too single,employee growth platform imperfect,etc.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to perfect the evaluation system,optimize the salary structure,establish a honor incentive platform,improve the training system.In view of the optimization of the new incentive scheme,relevant safeguard measures are further proposed in this paper to ensure the effective promotion of the incentive scheme through the support of the organization and system.The optimization of the incentive plan of V Technology Company will provide effective help to improve employee efficiency,to stimulate their subjective initiative and to build a high-performance team.The research results can also be used as a reference for the incentive scheme design of OLED display technicians. |
