Sales work,as the main source of revenue,it is the embodiment of enterprise and market interaction the stand or fall of a key link in the process of products and services sales work directly decided the enterprise's survival and development,sales staff on behalf of the corporate image,create revenue for the enterprise,is an important human resources on how to improve the company personnel management mechanism,make full use of human resources training and retain top talent,become a liquor enterprise more and more attention and solve the problem Whether the enterprise's incentive methods can cultivate and retain first-class talents,whether the performance appraisal can give consideration to both effect and fairness,whether the salary is competitive,whether it can reflect the internal fairness,whether there is a training plan for employees,whether the training plan is helpful to the career of employees,all these need enterprise managers to think about and solve.This paper analyzes the present situation Jin Hui liquor company sales staff incentive,and then through the employee satisfaction survey,found Jin Hui liquor companies incentives exist currently not comprehensive incentives lack of targeted incentives and recognition in its lack of dynamic,etc,it is imperative to improve the incentive mechanism of around these problems,through the use of incentive theory,on the basis of the existing incentive mechanism to redraw the compensation level,to optimize the performance appraisal strategy,improve the training mechanism,expand the promotion routes,highlighted the superior way to stimulate employees potential Through the above aspects,the incentive mechanism of jinhui wine company is optimized.Finally,the implementation and guarantee methods of the new incentive mechanism are proposed.Incentive theory in this paper,using the organization questionnaire depth interview method,the analysis of the existing of Jin Hui liquor company sales staff incentive mode,puts forward some problems existing in the current model,and improvement measures are proposed in this paper,in view of these questions is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is introduction,introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research contents and train of thought in the second chapter is the related theory and marketing personnel incentive method,it is this paper the theoretical guidance of the third chapter is the current Jin Hui liquor company incentive mechanism analysis in the fourth chapter is measures to improve the incentive mechanism of Jin Hui wine company,respectively from the training compensation performance promotion The fifth chapter describes some guarantee measures of incentive improvement.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and deficiency of this paper.
