Small and medium-sized private enterprises are an important part of China's market economy.They have great flexibility in production and are quick to adapt to market changes.They can meet the needs of consumers at different levels,so they gradually grow into an important part of the market economy.For small and medium-sized private enterprises,especially for those in the growing stage,their own scale is small,and they are at a disadvantage in talent competition compared with some large enterprises and state-owned enterprises.Moreover,there are many problems in small and medium-sized private enterprises,such as backward human resources management,insufficient salary management and incentive mechanism,high mobility of salesmen and high work efficiency.Low,can not give full play to the overall advantages of human resources and other issues.In order to attract and retain outstanding sales talents and make the human resources management work of enterprises go ahead smoothly,we must establish a perfect salary system and adopt a series of incentives.Taking AS company as an example,this paper studies the salary incentive of salesmen in this company.The salary theory and incentive theory are used as the theoretical basis for optimizing the salary incentive scheme of salesmen in AS company.The current situation of salesmen's salary management is analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in AS company,such as single salary incentive means,unreasonable salary structure and lack of welfare Attraction,fewer long-term incentive measures and narrow promotion channels for employees are discussed.The reasons for these problems are discussed,and corresponding optimization measures are put forward in terms of adjusting salary structure,long-term incentive scheme design and welfare scheme design,improving performance appraisal and evaluation system,salary system,corporate culture,internal communication channels and business training.Through optimizing the incentive scheme of sales staff in AS company,this paper hopes that by satisfying the needs of sales staff in AS company,sales staff can be encouraged to the maximum extent,their inherent potential can be fully tapped and stimulated,so that employees can strive to achieve the organizational vision of the enterprise and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market.Finally,I hope that the research results of this paper can be used for reference in the design and optimization of compensation management system for other similar enterprises.
