Research On The Effective Utilization Rate Of Rural Homestead In Huarong District Of Ezhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since China’s reform and opening up,along with the advancement of urbanization and industrialization,China’s overall economic strength in the process of growing also creates special system of urban and rural binary segmentation,at the same time also formed the widening gap between rich and poor,urban and rural areas of the large gap in income and rural migrant workers,a large number of young rural labor force to cities into unceasingly,some began to settle in the city life,and families are free original house-site in the countryside also gradually for a long time in a state of idle and waste.Plus the rural development level is not high,lack of unified town planning,Xiang Cun Ji of government management,farmers’ legal consciousness and a series of reasons,led to the rural residential areas scattered layout,land use efficiency is low,"house more than one,which is not accounted for less" phenomenon is outstanding,because our country overall land use efficiency is low,resulting in a large number of serious waste of land resources,the basic national conditions of our country is in a state of "much less" originally,the overall rare scarce land resources and waste of apparent conflicts of house-site in the countryside,economic growth is slowing in China,the economic society into the background of the new normal,It is particularly urgent to make efficient and reasonable use of homestead resources.In view of the above background,this paper takes ezhou,huarong district as an example,through the investigation of all the administrative villages in the social and economic information and correlation based on land use status data,by building model of SD model of land use situation,respectively from the population migration,land circulation and economic drive three subsystems model building,the last generation into the parameters for simulation,compare the land use efficiency under different solution.The main conclusion as follows:The historical test and sensitivity analysis results of the system dynamics model show that the SD model of homestead utilization change in Huarong District,Ezhou City more truly reflects the actual situation of homestead utilization,indicating that economic development,social progress,and social progress are under the background of urban-rural integration development.The change of urban and rural population is an important factor affecting the change of homestead use in Huarong District,Ezhou City.The leading factors for the change in the area and utilization rate of homesteads in Huarong District,Ezhou City are different,and different factors have different degrees of influence on the scale and utilization rate of homesteads.Impact on the area of ??homestead: land use pattern change>population change>economic development speed;impact on the utilization rate of homestead: economic development speed>population change>land use pattern.The "separation of powers" has a relatively obvious effect on the utilization rate of homesteads.It is necessary to clearly adhere to the promotion of the policy of "separation of powers" and the importance of the policy of "separation of powers".Therefore,Huarong District,Ezhou City,should clarify the goals of homestead utilization in accordance with the requirements of urban-rural integrated development,comprehensively consider the focus of various factors,and appropriately adjust the land use mode,economic development speed and economic structure.
