In recent years,the party and the government have paid more and more attention to big data-related industries,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "promote the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence,and the real economy." XAL security technology service company is a leading domestic security evaluation company.In recent years,the company has innovated and developed a one-stop cloud platform for safety production risk management based on new technologies such as big data and cloud computing.With the development of the company,the current performance appraisal system has exposed some problems,which is not suitable for the company at present,and almost blocked the development of the company.How to optimize the company’s performance appraisal system has become an urgent issue for XAL Security Technology Services.This article implements the company’s unified performance appraisal system in the condition of currently economic development slowing down in China,the party and the country are paying more and more attention to big data,and the scale of XAL’s company continues to grow and expand.This article researches that although the performance appraisal system of XAL company is still running,and some employees are a little dissatisfied with the performance appraisal system.They try to combine performance appraisal and other related theories in corporate management to optimize the performance appraisal system.I hope this research can be helpful for XAL company’s optimization and improvement of performance management.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of XAL Company as the research object,according to the current situation and specific conditions of XAL company’s assessment,the questionnaire survey method,literature research method,data analysis method,interview method and other research methods were used to find the problems existing in XAL’s performance appraisal system.There are following problems were in the company’s performance appraisal: unreasonable performance indicator settings,lack of implementation of the performance appraisal system,insufficient communication and feedback in the appraisal process,insufficient application of performance appraisal results,etc.;It is concluded that XAL’s performance appraisal system urgently needs further improvement.KPI can determine the department’s performance indicators and individual performance indicators according to the company’s strategic goals or work plans to help achieve the strategic goals of the company;Balanced scorecard is conducive to the stable,healthy,rapid and continuous development of enterprises,and further improve the management level of enterprises.And analyzed the reasons for the existing problems,mainly because XAL company has misunderstandings in the ideological understanding of the performance management system,the performance management system design is not scientific enough,and it lacks some objective conditions for the improvement of the performance management system.In view of this,this article combines the strategic goals of the XAL company,Using key performance indicators,balanced Scorecard and other performance appraisal theories and tools,The appraisal objects of the company are divided into three levels:senior leaders,middle-level leaders and ordinary employees,establish assessment index system by category,improve the assessment process and effectiveness,application of assessment results and other links in the performance assessment system,ensure the performance appraisal improvement plan to form a complete closed loop operation.The guarantee measures for the implementation of the improved performance appraisal system are given to lay a solid foundation for the long-term operation of the performance appraisal related system in the future.In the conclusion part,the thesis summarizes the main achievements of this paper,as well as the prospect of the improvement of performance appraisal system.
