| With the increasingly obvious trend of economic globalization and integration,the market and operating environment faced by enterprises have undergone fundamental changes.Supply chain management has become the focus of management in the 21 st century.It is an important way for enterprises to deal with market competition.The management ability of supply chain has become one of the important strategic competition resources of enterprises.Nowadays,supplier management has also become the focus of the business community.Especially since the COVID-19 global pandemic in 2020,it has brought great challenges and crises to the entire international supply chain environment.Enterprises have to improve their own competitive advantages through learning and thinking about supply chain management.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research on supplier selection by scholars from all walks of life,aiming to further learn and understand the relevant theoretical knowledge of supplier selection and evaluation,as a theoretical support for the research on enterprise supplier selection.Secondly,the author goes deep into um company for investigation,finds out the shortcomings in its supplier management,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,combined with the corresponding supplier management theory and the actual situation of UM company,the supplier selection scheme of UM company is optimized.The optimization contents mainly include: refining the supplier classification,reshaping the supplier development process according to the process reengineering theory,constructing the supplier selection index system and calculating the corresponding index weight by AHP,and optimizing the supplier scoring standard.Finally,an example of UM lithium battery supplier selection shows that the optimized supplier selection scheme has good improvement effect.This paper expounds in detail the practical problems existing in the process of supplier management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises represented by UM company,and puts forward a set of feasible and feasible supplier selection scheme,which also has certain reference value for other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China. |
