Research On Supplier Management Improvement In E Company

The importance of suppliers to an enterprise is self-evident,it can be said that to a large extent,suppliers determine the quality,supply and cost of an enterprise's products.Therefore,systematic and scientific management of suppliers is a very important part of enterprise management.In this paper,E company as the research object,from the supplier development,supplier evaluation and selection,supplier classification management,as well as supplier performance management four aspects were analyzed,and then the improvement plan is put forward for these four aspects respectively.Firstly,cut in materials sourcing function and establish reasonable supplier development process;Secondly,improve supplier evaluation and selection indicators and set weight;Thirdly,reclassify suppliers and develop different classification management strategies;Fourth,set up a performance appraisal system.This paper puts forward a series of improvement schemes for E company supplier management,which need to be improved in future practice.I hope this article can help similar manufacturing enterprises to improve supplier management.
