Since the 1980s,with the economic globalization and the leapfrog development of information technology,enterprises are no longer limited to improving internal technology,improving quality and reorganizing a business,but start to improve their competitiveness.As an important part of the supply chain,the provider is an important part of the company to improve its competitiveness in the market.As suppliers and enterprises develop into a win-win relationship of cooperation and common survival of enterprises,the selection and development of suitable suppliers become the key first step in supplier management.OEMs with multiple products have a wide variety of suppliers.Based on the characteristics and current situation of supplier selection of this type of enterprise,this thesis will take H Company as an example to study the evaluation index system in supplier selection of OEM enterprises.This topic will be primarily addressed through the following phases.(1)To understand and analyze the current supplier selection situation of H Company by using literature survey and expert interview,so as to find out the existing problems of H Company in supplier selection and analyze the causes of such problems.(2)Based on the characteristics of H Company,it ranks H Company’s suppliers among many existing suppliers.Then the literature survey method and Delphi method are used to select the primary and secondary indexes for this study,and then the questionnaire method is used to select the appropriate primary and secondary indexes for each type of supplier in its evaluation index system.(3)The combination of the DEMATEL method and the ANP method is used to select and establish a new valuation method for each type of provider.Firstly,the influence relationship between the first level indicator elements and elements is determined for each kind of supplier and the influence relationship matrix is constructed.Then,the YANNP software is used to help calculate the first and second level indicator weights for each category provider.Finally,for each type of supplier to build their own scientific and effective Supplier Selection Index evaluation system.(4)Apply the established new supplier selection method to the supplier selection evaluation of Company H,score and evaluate the performance of various suppliers according to the new index system,and use GAY method to verify the evaluation results,so as to prove the applicability and scientific nature of the system.This research establishes a rating index system applicable to Company H’s actual situation in supplier selection.A single selection method cannot be applied to the characteristics of multiproduct OEMs,and the overly complex global valuation method is often difficult to apply within companies.In this thesis,DEMATEL method and ANP method are combined to customize the evaluation method for OEM enterprises,and this method has proven to be operable,applicable and science through research.And do as much as possible to avoid the problem that the result of selecting is not the optimum solution.At the same time,the research of this subject enriches the research of this method in related fields,and provides references OEM enterprises to select suppliers and other enterprises with the same characteristics of supplier selection can use evaluation methods.
