In the supply chain theory is more and more widely used today,to a large extent,the strength of a company's supply chain also reflects the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.A company who has a more strength supply chain,it will have a very important advantage in the competition.In particular,under the rapid development of information technology,the business environment of all enterprises has undergone tremendous changes.With the prosperity and development of various economies,the external environment has been greatly changed,increasing the pressure of competition.The ability of supplier management directly determines the ability of ET company to serve customers and its competitiveness in the same industry.This thesis is based on the ET company's supplier management status of empirical analysis.This thesis first presents about background,intent and importance of the study want to discuss,then briefly describes the supply chain management and supplier management,as well as the basic theory and research status of supplier management.Then briefly introduced the basic situation of ET company,from the current situation of products,materials,suppliers and supplier management status and other aspects the current internal and external environment of ET company supplier management in.Then the detailed description of the current ET company's actual work highlights several major problems.These issues are reflected in the supplier evaluation and selection,classification management,performance evaluation and incentive mechanism,etc.Because of these aspects of the management system and the method of the problem has led to the ET company's supplier management ability is not strong,limiting the further development of space.This paper tries to solve these problems and find a reasonable method.In view of the outstanding problems existing in the thesis,the author analyzes the problems one by one.From the height of the theory to explain the existing problems,the problem of scientific and rational expression and analysis.It can be summarized as evaluation,performance management,incentive mechanism and so on.The management practice methods of supplier management and ET company combined with the actual demand of ET contact the company.The author try to put forward specific optimization solutions to each problem,including establishment of a scientific and rational evaluation and selection system,classification methods,performance evaluation and incentive system.These solutions are better able to deal with the current management issues,improve and enhance the level of ET company's supplier management. |
