In every link of enterprise management,procurement is the key to ensure enterprise production on the rails,is also one of the most important aspects of the flows,purchasing management in the enterprise with new product development,product quality and the overall supply chain management are not unrelated,the relationship between them is closely linked,therefore strengthening the enterprise purchasing management,especially the supplier management is quite important.BPI Brake System(Qingdao)Co.,Ltd.attaches importance to the quality of suppliers,BPI has established cooperative relations with many suppliers,but there are still some inevitable problems in supplier management,which have affected the efficiency and level of the company's overall procurement management.It is necessary for the company to take measures to improve all aspects of supplier management and improve the level and efficiency of supplier management.In this paper,the research background and significance of the paper,clear research methods and content.By sorting out and summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on supplier management,the supplier management theory is further introduced in detail to provide theoretical basis support for the following research.Secondly,the current status of the supplier management of BPI is analyzed,and some problems exist in the development of the company's supplier management.Supplier evaluation method is not objective enough,including the evaluation index is not comprehensive,the evaluation index lacks a clear weight;Suppliers lack detailed classification management.Then,the optimization countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: supplier selection process,supplier evaluation and supplier classification management.Among them,the supplier selection process is optimized by the single choice by logistics personnel to create a cross-functional departments jointly choose evaluation group,and then send a standard format RFQ to potential suppliers,logistics procurement specialist of each supplier to fill in the RFQ to supplier "as well as the inspection results after finishing and induction to evaluation team,rated by the team members,through the score height choose final supplier;Optimize the supplier evaluation index,from the cost,delivery,management,technology and quality indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the weight of every index distribution,the formation of BPI company supplier evaluation index system,the method to evaluate A,B two suppliers case,verify the operability of assessment index;Classify suppliers according to the scoring structure,including alliance type,maintenance type,development type and avoidance type.And put forward new ideas of supplier management,including quality exemption channel,order incentive,honor incentive and participation in new product research and development.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization countermeasures of raw material supplier management of BPI company,the author puts forward the implementation safeguard measures,including the establishment of the supplier management working group,the improvement of the quality of the supplier management personnel,the construction of the supplier management information system,the provision of adequate financial support,and the strengthening of the risk prevention of supplier management.
