| Based on the background of "made in China 2025",the gap of skilled employees is increasing day by day.How to train skilled employees scientifically and quickly has become a topic of the times.H company is in the manufacturing industry.At this stage,the company’s business is developing rapidly,and it is also facing the shortage of skilled employees.Therefore,how to build a perfect training system,build a talent echelon and quickly improve the ability of skilled employees through internal employee training has become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this study consults the basic theoretical knowledge of training at home and abroad,and makes an in-depth study on the curriculum system,lecturer system,training evaluation system,training operation system,ability-based education mode and systematic teaching design on the basis of adult learning theory,demand level theory and mixed learning theory.At the same time,we have a comprehensive understanding of the internal and external environment,enterprise status and training system of H company.Carry out demand interview and questionnaire survey on relevant personnel of H company through interview and questionnaire survey.After obtaining the interview results and questionnaire survey results,it is analyzed to identify the problems existing in the training system of H company,such as weak curriculum practicability,lack of teaching ability of lecturers,lack of scientificity of training effect evaluation results,and non implementation of training project design.Based on these problems,this study focuses on the optimization of curriculum system,lecturer system,training effect evaluation system and training operation system.At the same time,CBET model,lecturer competency model and offset four-level evaluation index suitable for H company are constructed,and the curriculum development process,lecturer selection and certification process,promotion assessment mechanism and training operation process are standardized.Through the optimization of this research,in the actual training process of skilled employees in H company,we hope to improve the course quality,improve the teaching ability of lecturers,make the training effect evaluation more scientific and make the training project design more practical.At the same time,it can accelerate the incubation speed of skilled employees and help the development of the company’s business. |
