| As a pillar industry of the national economy,the manufacturing industry’s development capability and level directly indicate the strength of a country’s economic strength and comprehensive competitiveness.In the context of the digital age where the competitive advantage of physical capital is constantly weakening,human capital with strong background and path dependence with professional knowledge and experience has become an important source of sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises because it is difficult to be replicated.At present,China’s manufacturing industry is in a critical period of improving quality,efficiency,transformation and upgrading.Skilled talents are the core and basic labor elements and supporting forces.New employees who are new talents and reserve talents of enterprises should receive more attention.Therefore,establishing a training system suitable for the growth and development of new employees has become a practical need to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and it is also the general trend of the macroeconomic situation and technological development.First of all,this paper analyzes the development environment of the manufacturing industry and the status quo of production-skilled employees,and draws out the necessity of building a training system for new production-skilled employees in manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,by using system analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method,employees of 10 different manufacturing companies and different levels are investigated,the current situation and main problems of the training system for new employees with production skills are summarized.Third,determine the optimization focus and ideas of the training system for new employees with production skills,and put forward targeted optimization suggestions from multiple perspectives such as training needs and goals,training models,and training effect evaluations.In addition,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training system for new employees with production skills in manufacturing enterprises are proposed,starting from four aspects:organizational guarantee,system and process tracking guarantee,incentive guarantee,communication and corporate culture guarantee,so as to better promote the efficient operation of the training system.Finally,take Parkson Co.,Ltd.as an example to carry out empirical research,based on the company’s human resources profile,and analyze the problems existing in the existing new employee training system through system analysis,questionnaire surveys,and interviews with employee representatives.According to the aforementioned optimization ideas,targeted management countermeasures and optimization opinions are put forward,and the effectiveness of the training system is verified.Based on the current research situation and the characteristics of the research subject,the paper uses methods such as literature analysis,research interviews,and questionnaires to analyze the problems,and finally conducts empirical analysis and verification.To a certain extent,it solves the problems of talent pressure faced by manufacturing enterprises in strategic transformation,unsatisfactory training of new employees,and low employee participation satisfaction.It is conducive to giving full play to the important role of skilled personnel in high-quality development and producing skilled new employees for manufacturing enterprises.Provide a reference for the training of new employees in the production skills category of manufacturing enterprises. |
