With the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry,the training of highly skilled personnel plays a vital role in social progress and enterprise development.Modern manufacturing enterprises generally face outstanding problems,such as difficulty in recruiting,high cost of cultivating and selecting talents,serious loss of talents after training,and high labor cost of talents.And the enterprise "New Apprenticeship" provides a new model for enterprise talent training.The core concept of the "New Apprenticeship System" is "recruitment means enrollment,entering an enterprise means entering a school,and joint training of enterprise-school dual teachers".After newly recruited and newly transferred personnel are trained in the new apprenticeship system,enterprises can establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with professional training institutions to jointly train high-skilled talents,speeding up the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the enterprise.This research is based on the summary of theoretical foundations,such as the human resource training system and the new apprenticeship system.It takes the highly skilled employees of DD as the research object,based on the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and draws the basic situation of training.In the form of questionnaires,it sorted out and analyzed the existing problems of DD’s current high-skilled employee training,which are mainly reflected in the lack of attention by the company’s senior management,lack of curriculum content,unreasonable training implementation,and single evaluation methods.This research takes the problems of DD’s high-skilled employee training as the starting point of the research,combined with the analysis of the company’s high-skilled employees’ needs,and designs DD’s high-skilled employee training system.Using the theoretical framework of the "New Apprenticeship System",the overall planning of the curriculum system for the training of DD’s highly skilled employees was carried out.The training concept of "enterprise-school dual-teacher,integration of engineering and learning" has been adopted to optimize the implementation system of DD’s highly skilled employee training.Combined with the actual work situation of DD’s highly skilled employees,the evaluation system was redesigned.At the same time,a career planning system module was added to form a relatively complete training system for highly skilled employees of DD.Finally,from the three aspects of organizational guarantee,system guarantee and administrative guarantee,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the DD company’s high-skilled employee training system are established.Through the design and research of the training system for DD’s highly skilled employees,this research gives full play to the advantages of DD and training institutions,accelerates the training of DD’s highly skilled staff,creates more benefits and value for DD,and promotes DD development under the new situation.
