Research On Rural Pension Difficulties And Countermeasures Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In 2021,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee,our country had a comprehensive victory,and the level of economic development in rural areas and the living standards of rural areas have improved.At the same time,the dilemma of this group of pilots is also gradually revealed.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China regards the issue of rural pensions as an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.Solving the plight of rural pensions is conducive to solving the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and is conducive to rural stability and social harmonious development.Guoyang County belongs to the underdeveloped area in northern Anhui,and has the characteristics of large rural population,the fastest growth rate of aging and rapid population loss.Based on this,the rural area of Guoyang County was selected as the study area.This paper combines the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of welfare diversification,the theory of social equity,etc.,using questionnaires,in-depth interviews and other methods to deeply investigate the living conditions of the elderly in rural Guoyang County,and conduct on-the-spot investigations to understand rural pensions.and the current situation of the supply of rural elderly care services.It is found that the current predicament of rural elderly care in Guoyang County is relatively complicated.The needs of medical care,care,economy,housing,and spirituality cannot be effectively supplied.There are difficulties in self-sufficiency of elderly care economy,difficulties in high-level medical treatment,unknown caregivers,poor living conditions,etc.Lack of spiritual comfort,etc.Through in-depth analysis of questionnaires and interview data,it is concluded that the main causes of the rural pension dilemma are the weakening of rural family pension functions,the low overall economic development level,the insufficient participation of social forces,and the lack of government-led investment.Feasible countermeasures to solve the dilemma of rural elderly care: revitalize the culture of filial piety and cultivate the rural civilization;develop characteristic industries and promote the prosperity of the industry;build a suitable environment for the elderly and improve ecological livability;increase government investment and strengthen effective governance;improve the level of local economic development,to promote common prosperity.Through the above methods,we will provide old-age services such as living security,health care,and spiritual comfort for rural old-age care,optimize the way to solve the difficulties of rural old-age care,and realize old-age care and support for the elderly,so that the elderly in rural areas can spend their old age in peace.
