Research On The Retirees To Participate In Rural Revitalization And Construction In Baoting County,Hainan Province | Posted on:2024-08-21 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:H M Shao | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2569307121977579 | Subject:Agriculture | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Under the social background of China’s aging population and the implementation of comprehensive rural revitalization,how to seize the important time nodes of the "14th Five-Year Plan" to effectively alleviate the pressure of aging and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas is an urgent issue to be explored.Relevant studies have shown that the effective development and utilization of elderly human resources is not only an important way to respond to the national "strategy of actively responding to population aging",but also a useful exploration to alleviate the shortage of talents in rural revitalization and construction.At present,rural revitalization is facing the dual dilemma of talent shortage and accelerated population aging,and Baoting County,once one of the 592 poverty-stricken counties at the national level,is no exception.Based on this,this paper takes retirees in Baoting County as the research object,takes the theory of human capital,productive aging and sustainable development as the research basis,investigates the willingness of retirees to participate in rural revitalization construction through random sampling and questionnaire survey,explores the main factors affecting the willingness to participate,draws on the practical experience of the elderly at home and abroad to participate in rural revitalization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the participation of retirees in rural revitalization in Baoting County.This article consists of six parts.Chapter I:Introduction.It mainly introduces the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,main research contents,research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.Chapter II:Definition of Relevant Concepts and Theoretical Analysis.First,the concepts of human resources and human resources development,elderly human resources and elderly human resources development and rural revitalization are defined.Secondly,the theory of human capital,productive aging and sustainable development is elaborated.Finally,the mechanism of elderly human resources development and rural revitalization construction is analyzed.Chapter III:Status and Trend of Human Resource Development of Retirees in Baoting County.This paper summarizes the geographical location,economic development and population of Baoting County,analyzes the current situation of human resources development of retirees in Baoting County from the two aspects of government departments and social organizations,and expounds the trend of human resources development of retirees in Baoting County.Chapter IV:Investigation and Analysis of the Willingness of Baoting County Retirees to Participate in Rural Revitalization and Construction.First of all,combined with the investigation,it is found that there are problems in the development of human resources for retirees in Baoting County.Secondly,the scale of influencing factors is constructed through two dimensions of personal factors and social factors,and the influencing factors are tested by Logistic analysis.Finally,the reasons that affect retirees’ willingness to participate are further analyzed from three aspects: individual,policy and social environment.Chapter V:Experience of the Elderly at Home and Abroad in Helping Rural Revitalization.By learning from the practice of retirees’ participation in rural revitalization in Ningbo of Zhejiang Province,Jining of Shandong Province and Yulin of Shaanxi Province,this paper combs the experience of elderly people’s participation in social activities in Japan,the United States and Germany,summarizes the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign experiences and obtains enlightenment from them.Chapter VI:Suggestions on Promoting the Participation of Baoting County Retirees in Rural Revitalization and Construction.This paper puts forward the three principles of people-oriented and equal opportunity that should be followed in the development of human resources for the elderly in Baoting County,and makes a response and prospect on how to effectively guide retired talents with willingness and resources to participate in rural revitalization and construction. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Baoting County,Hainan Province, County retirees, Elderly human resources Development, Elderly social participation, Active aging, Rural revitalization and construction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
