The Chinese insurance market has been formed and developed for several decades and has been the most potential market of the world now. On the basis of reference to American insurance company on the aspect of individual market and management inspiration system, Ping An Life Insurance Company of China created a special agent inspiration system, which promoted the high development. whose business, scale and quality is out standing. Howler, there were some problem existed, which hindered the high development.In this paper, based on the element theory, such as agent theory, hypo thesis of personality inspiration system and inspiration theory, refer to study menthes such as, personnel resource management theory, achievement and efficiency theory, through the combination of fixed quality and quantity, the contrast between aboard and the interior of our country, the combination of theory, and practice, I analysis the insurance agent inspiration system. In the second article, I introduced the history of insurance agent abroad, the individual development market management in china and analyzed the intention, the advantage and active effect of the system. In the third article, first, I introduced the basic condition, the fundamental structure, agent present condition, personal moving situation and inspiration status of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, and analyzed the problem and the case of them. Second, I showed many problems, for example, the decline insurance agent quality, the low productive ability, the high decline percentage, the big amount financial cost, the expansion risk and the honesty crisis, In the forth article, I gave some suggestions to solve those problems: drawing into fixed salary, increasing the deduction, the right of request for salary in the continual working time, the reform on agent working system and the transformation of agent to the insurance and financial programmer.The paper has positive effect on the adoption of world compaction and Life insurance company, and also give some suggestion on the study of agent inspiration system.
