As the Chinese economy forges ahead rapidly, stably and healthily, insurance industry plays an important and irreplaceable role in the course of economic construction for its unique social functions. And life insurance is important part of China insurance in the construction and development of this industry. At the present stage, the properties of large field sales teams represent the social image and development direction of the whole China insurance industry, which come from the Agency System most Chinese insurance corporations adopt as the core section in the whole life insurance industry. So, the analysis of the training mode and effects for the deputy is of important reference value to insurance industry development and other life insurance corporations.China Ping An Life Insurance Company was founded in 1994, as one of China Life Insurance Companies earlier established, it have been working at the construction and training of deputy team for many years. At the same time, it sets up its own large, mature deputy team with complete echelon and perfect development, while shapes a set of its own perfect life insurance training system, which is approved and copied by other insurance corporations by means of absorbing advanced experience all over the world. As a branch of China Ping An Life Insurance Company, JILIN Company acceded the training system and training operating mode and improved the system continually referring local features, so as to improve the deputies'professional skill and ethics to avoid relevant ethic and social risks resulting from deputies'rough skill or low level of their morality. However, we can not neglect the system's defects of JILIN Company, and we should still focus on the improvement of deputy teams'skill, sense of service, professional ethic etc, with the hope that we can reduce the deputies'Short-term profit-seeking behaviors and their misguiding to consumers.Chapter 1 introduces the research background and signification of this study. Through the concluding of the insurance industry rapid development and the thorough analysis of origin of problems in the course of rapid development, the research direction and methodology are defined.Chapter 2 mainly presents the explanation and conclusion of the JILIN Sub office's situation and operation. Firstly, its training structure is illustrated, while conclusion is obtained from the four terms as follows: training curricular system, lecture management system, performance evaluation system and the operation and management system. And then a new training system in dynamic equilibrium is expected established by means of applying effective constraints on the system, optimizing and integrating the core systems, thus the advantages of core systems can be displayed and expected training effects can be realized.Chapter 3 presents the evaluation and analysis of the company's current training system from the two perspectives as advantages and disadvantages.On the one hand, the advantages can be explained in the following three aspects. Firstly, scale advantage of JILIN Company is brought in as China Ping An Life Insurance Company developing rapidly which embodies particularly in competition advantage, faculty advantage and products system advantage etc of its training system; secondly, competition advantage is brought in by its systematical training mode; And thirdly, advantage of the relatively mature and complete field lecture team can be seen while they plays an important role in the progress of the company's rapid development. At the meantime, these advantages undoubtedly benefited from the company's continuous research on its own weak points, groping, creation and advancement by means of studying, discussing and translating international relevant theory materials, leading by the core training system idea of Ping An life insurance, and according to the principle of Introduction to Localization and to Ping An-ization.On the other hand, though the training mode of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China JILIN branch had obtained a series of achievements and had experienced a process of grow out of nothing, from good to better and from better to best, being a leading in the industry of Life Insurance in JILIN. We can also see that JILIN branch bear more pressure in the industry and social responsibility in its rapid growth, especially there are a number of problems and inadequacies in the development at this stage.Firstly, there is insufficient for the construction of the professionalism of deputies, mainly reflected in the insufficient for Ethics training, Service Awareness training and the principle of product sales training of deputy team. Secondly, there is insufficient for the construction of cultivating high-quality lecturer team, mainly reflected in the insufficient for the professional skill of some deputy field lectures and the uneven level of the Professional Quality in some lectures at this stage. Finally, the stress bringing by the rapid development of manpower at this stage puts forward higher requirements for the currently optimizing Training Mode.Chapter 4 analyzes and discusses the currently status and pros and cons of the Training System of JILIN Branch, and puts forward the improved and optimal program considering the curricular system, lecture system and operations management system, thus promotes the construction and improvement of training system of JILIN branch.Overall, the article gives a detailed research and analysis in the constructing and improving process of the training system of JILIN branch which concludes that the construction and development of the Life Insurance deputy team will be the crucial point of the future Life Insurance development. And the construction and perfection of the Training System is the important section in the development of Life Insurance deputy team. Facing the various problems bringing by the growing of the deputy team, the problems will be effectively resolved in a certain extent by perfecting the Training System. With reference to the current situation of JILIN Company's training system, we analyzed the three aspects from completing the training curricular system construction, lecture system construction, to the operation and management system construction, and put forward relevant improvement measures, so as to complete the company's training system hereby, and then establish a professional deputy team through the training of professional skills and professional ethics against the deputy to achieve the company and industry's training requirements. Meanwhile, I hope that this study can provides an effective reference to other companies in the same industry to help them set up and complete their training system and then promote the progress of insurance industry, maintain the image of insurance industry, and realize the co-win of the whole industry in the end.
