The country is based on the people,the people take food as the sky,and food takes safety as the first.Food safety is an indispensable part of social public security.It has a huge impact on the health and life safety of the general public,and can also affect the long-term and stable development of the country and society.The farmer’s market is a very critical venue in food circulation,an important space where diversified agricultural and sideline product transactions are relatively focused,and a core venue for consumers to buy food.The richness of food sources,the volatility and fragmentation of food sales,and the complexity and multi-level nature of participating organizations make the food safety issue of farmers’ markets a social focus issue worthy of attention.With the continuous development of the economy and society,many new problems and new challenges have emerged in the supervision of food safety in farmers’ markets,especially since 2020,which has been severely impacted by the new crown pneumonia epidemic.Viruses frequently hide in farmers’ markets,exposing many problems.Therefore,research on food safety supervision in farmers’ markets is particularly important.How to do well in the supervision of food safety in the farmers’ market,perfect the quality of all kinds of food products,ensure the "tip of the tongue" of the general public,and get the general attention of the whole society,is a social and public issue that urgently needs to be dealt with.This study mainly discusses the food safety supervision of farmers’ markets,taking the situation of food safety supervision of farmers’ markets in Huai’an as an analysis case,and using various methods such as literature,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaires and other methods to analyze the food safety supervision of farmers’ markets in Huai’an City.The objective situation and various problems and deficiencies that need to be dealt with in the work are carried out on-the-spot investigation,and comprehensive analysis is carried out.First of all,the current situation and main problems of food safety supervision in Huai’an farmers’ market are obtained through field visits and investigations.Secondly,by starting from the four levels of government supervision,market managers,business households,and the public,it analyzes and summarizes the main reasons for the food safety supervision problems in Huai’an farmers market.Thirdly,through investigation and analysis,the main countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the food safety supervision of Huai’an farmers market are put forward from four aspects: government supervision,market management,self-discipline of operators,and social supervision: improve the government supervision system;improve the long-term management system of the market;form a market Responsibility awareness of business households;build a public supervision system in which the general public participates.Finally,based on the further analysis of food safety supervision issues in farmers’ markets,the conclusion of this study is that it is necessary to establish a food safety supervision mechanism for farmers’ markets in which four forces,government regulatory agencies,market organizers,market operators and the public,should join hands. |
