Food safety is a major livelihood issue.Since the eighteenth congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core deeply grasp the severe situation of food safety work,strategic,decisive decision to deepen the reform of the national administrative system and mechanism,integrate the original industry and commerce,quality supervision,food three departments,form the state administration for market supervision and administration,food safety supervision from the past segment to a single concentration.Small catering has become an indispensable part of the national economy because of its low access threshold,simple operating conditions,rapid benefits and many varieties and styles.At the same time,the above characteristics of small catering also increase the difficulty of its own food safety management,making food safety problems occur frequently.At present,the food safety supervision of small catering industry has become a difficult problem in front of local governments,which needs to be solved urgently.In view of the current situation of small catering food safety supervision in Yunlong District,this thesis uses literature research,investigation and other methods to investigate and analyze,find the problems and causes restricting the effectiveness of small catering food safety supervision,and sort out the crux of the difficulty of supervision,mainly including the weak sense of responsibility of operators,small business area,limited layout of functional areas,weak supervision force The regulatory concept lags behind and so on.In view of the above problems,based on the application of responsive supervision theory and service-oriented government theory,this thesis summarizes and analyzes the successful experience of foreign and domestic food safety supervision,and points out that Yunlong District government departments should change their roles in small catering food safety supervision,establish service awareness,innovate supervision mode,from inspection and supervision mechanism,publicity and education mechanism The public participation mechanism should be optimized from three aspects.It is hoped that it can provide new ideas for the food safety supervision of small catering in Yunlong District and promote the supervision ability and supervision level to a new level.
