In recent years,food safety has been a hot topic of public concern,but also a difficult issue of government regulation.Food and beverage enterprises food safety government regulation as the food from the farm to the table,the last pass of the whole protection,the importance of self-evident.At present,it is of great significance to improve the level of government regulation of food safety in catering enterprises.In this paper,the food safety supervision of catering enterprises in Jiangyan District of Taizhou city as the research object,to optimize and improve the Jiangyan District catering enterprises food safety supervision as the research object,the system analysis method,literature research method,survey as the main research methods,based on the definition of related concepts and the necessity of catering enterprises in the food safety supervision on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of the government food safety supervision of catering enterprises in Jiangyan District,focuses on the main problems existing in Jiangyan catering enterprises food safety supervision,and deeply analyzes the fundamental reasons of these problems.On this basis,mainly on the foundation,strengthen supervision and improve the daily supervision,construction of prevention and control system,improve the regulatory environment and other aspects,put forward suggestions to improve the optimization of Jiangyan District catering enterprises food safety supervision,to continuously improve the catering enterprises Jiangyan District food safety government supervision level,to ensure the safety of people's life health theory support.
