| The development of enterprise performance management and the development of social economy,politics,idea of the intimate relationship,in recent years,with the changes on the relationship between the employee and enterprise survival environment,many companies have begun to require its own development must follow the development needs of The Times,constantly update their own performance management mode,optimize the internal performance management system.After years of market reform,property management industry has begun to carry out management innovation and concept reform,and the skills and quality requirements of employees are also changing;Property management industry as a labor-intensive industry,service quality and management level constantly restrict the development of the entire industry,therefore,it is very important to study the performance assessment indicators of personnel in property enterprises,find the existing problems and put forward a set of effective performance assessment indicators system.ZB Company is a property service management company.In the increasingly complex and changeable environment,it is also facing the challenge of stimulating the vitality of the organization and staff through scientific performance management.This study takes ZB Company as the research object,analyzes the problems in the current situation of performance plan,performance implementation,performance evaluation and performance feedback in the performance management system of ZB Company from the four aspects of performance management process as the clue,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of management system,personnel quality and enterprise culture.On this basis,by consulting relevant literature and referring to the performance management mode of excellent companies in the same industry,the performance management system of ZB Company is improved based on OKR objectives and key results method,and the improvement objectives and principles are clarified.The steps,key roles and main tasks in each stage of performance management are determined.From the four links of performance management,namely,performance plan,performance implementation,performance evaluation and performance feedback,improvement and optimization measures are put forward.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures from the aspects of sound system,personnel training and enterprise culture,so as to stimulate the potential of employees and promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises.In this thesis,using the survey method and case study method,by investigating the ZB management problems of the company,with ZB company as an example,study OKR targets and key achievements method in the optimization to improve company performance management system,combining theory with practice,through the case study at the same time,according to the enterprise implementation experience,to implement OKR more concrete and feasible Suggestions. |
