With the rapid rise and explosion of the mobile Internet,the game market has undergone earth-shaking changes,the update cycle of game products is extremely short,and the competition among enterprises has become more intense.Under the equal technological development strength and not too high technological moat,human resources have become a key factor to promote the development of mobile game companies.The most important thing is the basic production conditions and the core competitiveness.Innovation and reform of performance management methods have become the top priority of an enterprise.Through the investigation and research on the performance management of game publishers of H Game Company,as well as the analysis of the profile of H Company and the characteristics and structure of game publishers,this paper finds out the existing problems in the performance management of game publishers and conducts research on them..Based on performance management related theories,it analyzes the deep-seated reasons why the existing performance appraisal methods are unscientific from the whole process of performance appraisal and performance appraisal methods.Then,based on the related theories of the Goal and Key Results Method(OKR),the performance management system of the game publishers of H Company was optimized.In the research process,the main body of the assessment,the assessment principle,the assessment process,etc.were explained in detail,and the weight of each assessment index was reset through the analytic hierarchy process.In addition,the article also studied the corresponding supporting facilities needed to ensure the effective implementation of the optimized performance management system,clarified the responsibilities,requirements and system construction of the organization and the assessment department,and emphasized the application of strengthened assessment results.In short,the research in this article on the optimization of the performance management system of game publishers of H Game Company not only has important theoretical significance,but also has a strong reference significance for employees of the growing game industry.
