In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet technology industry,the competition between the industry is becoming more and more fierce.As a human-intensive and intellectual-intensive technology enterprise,talents are the core assets of the enterprise.How to let talents play their greatest role has become the key to enhance the core competitiveness of the Internet industry.According to the research,the perfect performance management appraisal system can enable enterprises and employees to establish a "win-win" situation,and employees can grow while realizing the development of enterprises.Therefore,in the era of shortage of human resources,performance management and assessment work will become increasingly important for technology Internet companies.In the development process of A science and technology Internet company,due to its performance management and assessment work did not meet the expected goals,there were some problems with the KPI assessment method adopted.As A result,the performance assessment system could not obtain the recognition of employees,and the assessment method was divorced from the reality of the company.Guided by incentive theory and organizational change theory,this paper introduces OKR management tools on the basis of the existing performance management assessment mechanism of company A,optimizes the existing performance management indicators,and provides guidance for the performance management of science and technology Internet companies while enriching the application of OKR management tools.Taking performance management as the research direction,this paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method to analyze the practical experience of domestic and foreign enterprises in adopting OKR management method.By means of interviews and questionnaires,this paper understands the existing problems of KPI performance management assessment system of company A.By embedding OKR management method in the information technology department andcomparing it with the current KPI performance management indicators,the advantages of OKR management tools are highlighted so as to optimize and improve the performance management assessment of company A.At the same time,the guarantee measures of the assessment system have been formulated to enable the performance management assessment system to be implemented more comprehensively and strictly,providing reference for the performance management assessment of enterprises in the science and technology Internet industry.This article innovation point lies in the fact that introducing OKR management method to the existing Internet enterprise performance management appraisal system of science and technology,make the enterprise goal and personal goal clear,at the same time the critical incident method and behavioral anchored method process to further standardize the assessment of performance management,help technology Internet enterprises to get rid of the traditional performance management assessment model.In combination with the uncertainty of the results of innovative work of high-tech Internet enterprises,OKR management tool is used to optimize the design of performance management assessment system,standardize the assessment process,and achieve the unity of organizational goals and personal goals.This study will provide some reference value for the attempt and development of technology Internet enterprises in this field.
