| In this complex and changeable economic environment,enterprises adopt the model of "business first,management later" in order to survive.With the stability of the business,improving management capabilities has become the top priority for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.As an important part of enterprise management ability,human resource management also needs to be gradually optimized by enterprises to optimize their own performance management methods.With the continuous application of OKR theory in enterprise performance management and its fruitful results,it is believed that OKR can effectively make up for the shortcoming of traditional performance management that only focusing on performance appraisal results and ignoring the shortcomings of the process.OKR can effectively stimulate the subjective initiative of enterprise employees,which enhances the sense of achievement of employees through a fair and transparent management system.In order to turn OKR theory into practice and effectively improve the way of enterprise performance management,this thesis will study the performance management of OKR working method.This thesis selects M as object,a company from Jiangxi,which is a private non-listed enterprise established and developed for nearly ten years,focusing on improving the quality of catering services in various colleges and universities.In recent years,with the rapid development of the company,there are two aspects of demand: one is to choose the right goals and implement them effectively,and the other is to improve the performance ability of the company and employees.Through the study,it is found that optimizing performance management is the best focus to meet demand.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current performance management status of Company M through field research,and analyzes the problems and causes of the company’s performance management through questionnaire survey method and interview method.Secondly,in view of these problems,the corresponding optimization scheme is formulated based on OKR.Finally,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed for the optimization plan.The innovation of this thesis is to broaden the application field of OKR working method that trying to take a specific case company as the object,describing its performance management mode in OKR working method as completely as possible and putting forward corresponding optimization suggestions for the problems generated,in order to provide some practical reference for the same type of enterprises in the institutional catering industry,and also make a little theoretical contribution to the field of performance management research.Finally,according to the foregoing,this thesis concludes that the problems in the performance management of Company M include as follows:the inability to unify personal work goals and organizational goals,insufficient performance training,insufficient motivation of performance appraisal results,and untimely performance feedback.The reasons for these problems are poor alignment with the company’s strategy,low employee participation,lack of adequate publicity and training,and lack of reasonable feedback mechanisms.In terms of performance management optimization plan,the company’s strategic objectives and key results should be formulated,OKR performance evaluation indicators should be scientifically designed,OKR performance management coaching and communication should be strengthened,and employee performance feedback mechanisms should be improved.Through these optimization plan,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed for management guarantee,corporate culture guarantee,system guarantee and information guarantee. |
