Driven by the innovative development of information technologies such as mobile communications,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,human society is entering a new era characterized by digitization.The innovative development of new technologies has led to the exponential growth of data,and corresponding data analysis methods possess essential potential value in discovering customer needs,assisting decision support,and service innovation.In recent years,A series of new business models such as intelligent research and investment,intelligent investment,and intelligent risk control constantly emerge and digital technologies have fully empowered the wealth management business.Digital transformation is not only constrained to the scientific application of digital technologies at the technical level but also involves innovation from the perspectives of operation concepts and business models,and constructs a brand new digital operating system.Facing the current industry situation of homogeneous and fierce competition,digitalization will become a critical measure for the operation innovation of securities companies,which is of great strategic significance for improving the operational efficiency and management level of the organization,promoting the business transformation of securities companies,and enhancing competitive advantages.This thesis investigated how to improve the core competitiveness and sustainable development of Changjiang Securities’ wealth management business by optimizing the digital operating model in the current environment of Digital China.In recent years,the digital operation of Changjiang Securities has been mainly based on the following Strategy,and it has launched intelligent business management,intelligent investment adviser,and intelligent customer service.Although certain results have been achieved,the digital layout of Changjiang Securities has been dotted and a complete digitalization operating system has yet to be formed.The operating system has been facing problems such as fragmented business systems and inefficient counter-business processing and customer service in the process of promoting digital operation.Combining the theories of process reengineering,customer relationship management,and long tail,this thesis put forward the overall idea of digital operation optimization.Changjiang Securities could attempt to build a digital operation management platform of "full data-large middle platform-micro-services",which is customer-centric,process-based,and data-driven,so as to strengthen the response and support of the middle platform to the front desk.The specific optimization measures are:strengthening the application and R & D of digital technologies,improving digital middle platform components,building an intelligent working platform,strengthening the construction of customer contact points,reconstructing the service operation process of the full customer life cycle,and enhancing digital compliance and risk control management.Finally,this thesis proposes safeguard measures for digital operations from four aspects of the organization,talent,technology,and fund.Operating model innovation based on digital technologies will achieve the reengineering of business process,realize the integrated management of digital operation of wealth management business,effectively solve the long-standing problems of poor customer experience,and cater to the need for digital transformation of Changjiang Securities in the new era.The research in this thesis could provide a certain guiding significance for Changjiang Securities to promote the digital operation of wealth management business,hoping to play a certain exemplary role for other financial institutions such as securities companies and banks as well. |
