With innovation of the international financial sector, the traditional business of bank decline, the phenomenon of financial disintermediation has become increasingly serious since 1980s. In addition, the rapid innovation in products and technologies to respond quickly to require banks which in order to obtain the competitive advantage of the future need to invest more resources, and competition between them has become extremely competitive, these trends make the living environment of the banks cannot be in the low running. In order to win, the international commercial banks to survive have to resign their business process, organizational structure, corporate culture and even human resources. Through reengineering, the bank had access to the enormous potential benefits, and form core competitiveness. Application of the theory of BPR to reengineering banks has become a strategic thinking of the international banking in general. In this paper, the main line is the problem- the theory - empirical research - the effect of analysis, the main contribution of this paper for the following two aspects:On the one hand, the application the theory of BPR and Reengineering Banks, selected a small and medium-sized commercial bank as the study object, the core of its credit business process reengineering and implementation of the steps and results analysis, provides a set of Reengineering Bank methods and specific implementation plans systematic.On the other hand, the methods in choice of credit business process reengineering of Tianjin GuangSha bank, not only the more common types in BPR methodology such as the Priority matrix, ASEM process analysis and so on, but also try to use SIPOC model which commonly used in process management and improved technology, with its input and output from the flow analysis of systemic thinking Tianjin GuangSha bank credit core business processes of the key process to achieve a customer-centric goals of reengineering.
