Urban rail transit is the backbone transportation mode and core infrastructure construction of public transportation in big cities,and it is a major livelihood project related to residents’ lives and the healthy development of cities;at the same time,urban rail transit industry is also an important part of the national economy.Our country’s "14th Five-Year Plan" pointed out that the future rail transit industry should develop in the direction of high efficiency and high quality,and gradually realize the complete localization of technology,so that my country’s rail transit manufacturing industry will occupy a larger market share in the world and maintain competition force.With the innovation of technology,the future development direction of rail vehicles is digital,networked,intelligent and green.The use of new technologies,new processes and new materials makes these development directions possible.Internationally,CRRC,Siemens,and Alstom have a dominant position,and the competition is fierce;domestically,the competition among major OEMs is also particularly cruel,and they all want to occupy a place in the industry and be in a leading position.Facing competition at home and abroad,Changke Bombardier has been striving for perfection for more than 20 years since its establishment,committed to manufacturing high-quality,comfortable and safe rail vehicles.The rail vehicles produced are sold at home and abroad,and have been unanimously recognized and praised by customers,creating considerable benefits for shareholders and employees.But we can’t just be satisfied with the status quo,we must consider the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the company in the future.In today’s world,all walks of life are developing rapidly.As long as you are a little slack,you will be left behind or even eliminated.We must always have a sense of crisis and consider the long-term development of the company.In these years,the external environment and internal resources of the company have a lot of changes.Changes in the external environment present both opportunities and threats to enterprises.Meanwhile,there are also issues in the internal development of the company.The previous technology leadership strategy And low-cost strategies can no longer meet the future development trend of the industry,it is imperative to formulate and implement new strategies that meet the development of enterprises.This paper takes Changke Bombardier Rail Vehicle Co.,Ltd.Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management and according to the actual situation of the industry environment and internal resources of the enterprise,the company will use PESTEL analysis method to analyze the macro environment of the industry,use Porter’s five forces competition model to analyze the industry’s competitive situation,and finally use SWOT analysis method to strategically match and formulate external opportunities and threats as well as internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.Determine the short-term and long-term development goals of the company in the future,optimize the SWOT matching strategy,and finally choose the SO-type strategy.That is enterprises implement market-oriented strategies,business diversification strategies and industrial intelligence strategies.In order to ensure the implementation of the corporate strategy,the company has formulated five strategic safeguards,namely compensation incentives,budget management,performance management,functional management,and risk management,to point out the direction for the future development of the company.Through the above analysis,Changke Bombardier Rail Vehicles Co.,Ltd.has defined the strategic planning for future development and how to implement the strategy,and supporting strategic safeguard measures to provide support for the implementation of the strategy,so that the company can develop steadily,healthily and sustainably in the future.Maintain competitiveness and make contributions to my country’s rail transit industry.
